This Agreement for Job Seekers (“Job Seeker Agreement”) is entered into by and between Score Agents , an AI-driven recruitment and staffing service provider (“we,” “us,” or the “Company”), and you, an individual seeking employment (“you,” “your,” or “Job Seeker”).

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By creating an account or submitting an application through our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Job Seeker Agreement, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services for Job Seekers

2.1 AI-Driven Matching

We utilize AI algorithms and human review to assess job applications and match candidates with potential employers. You acknowledge that the AI process may not be error-free and is provided on a best-efforts basis.

2.2 Profile and Resume

You may upload or create an online profile, resume/CV, and other professional information. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information.

2.3 Communication with Employers

• By submitting your profile or applying for a position, you authorize us to share your information with employers who may contact you directly.
• Any employment offer or arrangement is solely between you and the employer. We do not guarantee that employers will contact, interview, or hire you.

3. Job Seeker Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You are responsible for updating or correcting your information if it changes.

3.2 User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information;
• Violate any applicable laws, including employment or anti-discrimination laws;
• Post any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on any rights of a third party.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

We do not guarantee that our services or Platform will result in your employment. All hiring decisions are made solely by the employer, and we are not responsible for the employer’s selection process or the outcome of any applications.

5. Data Privacy

Your submission of personal data (including any sensitive data in your resume) is governed by our Privacy Policy. You understand that your data may be shared with potential employers and processed in different jurisdictions.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed USD $100. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.2 Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your misuse of the Platform.

7. Term and Termination

7.1 Term

This Agreement remains in effect as long as you maintain a Job Seeker account or use the Platform.

7.2 Termination by You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting your account or notifying us in writing.

7.3 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including breach of this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws indicated in our Terms of Use (Governing Law section). Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved under the same forum and dispute resolution procedures stated in the Terms of Use.

9. Entire Agreement

This Job Seeker Agreement, together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Score Agents regarding your use of our Platform as a job seeker.
